Since 2017, Ready Aiders Foundation has been offering free therapy services for children with disabilities in Mathare, through our Clean Plate Nutrition and Therapy Project. Every Saturday, we provide Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Behavioural Therapy to children with conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Cerebral Palsy, and Down Syndrome. On average, we see around 50 children per Saturday who benefit from these crucial interventions.
Alongside therapy services, we also recognize the importance of proper nutrition in a child’s development. That’s why we offer monthly food packages to families, ensuring that children get the nourishment they need to grow and thrive. Many of the children we support have achieved significant milestones in their development, and we are proud to share the success stories of hundreds who have overcome their challenges.
By addressing both the physical and nutritional needs of these children, we are creating a holistic approach to their care, ensuring they get the support they need to reach their full potential.

Ready Aiders Foundation is a nonprofit organization that empowers persons with disability and women and girls.
